Day 1-Georgia Tech, Georgia Aquarium

Well after an early morning flight we headed to our first stop, Georgia Tech. It was an incredible campus with some great history, including hosting the swimming and diving events from the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. We had a great information session from the Director of Admissions, Rick Clark, which gave some very important information to our group about Tech as well as how to best prepare yourself for the college search. One thing about Tech to point out was that even though it is in downtown Atlanta, it doesn't have that downtown feel. There campus is very spaced out and beautiful. Georgia Tech is also home to one of the best engineering programs in the country.

After that we headed to The Varsity to have lunch and then the Georgia Aquarium. In the Aquarium they are grateful to have 4 Whale Sharks.

We then headed to Athens for the night.
